Welcome, fellow time travelers, to Mother Time. The Mandala of Mother Time, pictured above, represents a feminine, circular time world; a revolutionary, yet very ancient calendar, clock and cosmology for the Aquarian Age. The personal benefit of living within Mother Time is that it helps one to perfect the art of good timing. Though this art may seem magical, it is the essence of what is natural: through living within Mother time one simply becomes aligned with the rhythms of Heaven and Earth.

The ambitious intent of this time world is the restoration of sacred time, first within individual consciousness and ultimately, in some generation yet to come, within human culture as a whole.

Though Mother Time has been with us all along, She is now re-emerging in her own good time. Indeed, the time is ripe for a revolution in time for we are now entering the long awaited Age of Aquarius. Practically by definition, and also by historical precedence, each New World Age requires a new time world, that is, a new way to travel through, measure and experience time. Each New Age literally is a new time world.

Every 2,000-2,200 years we move from one astrological World Age to the next. For the past 2,000 or more years we have been living in the World Age of Pisces. The Precession of the Equinoxes is the celestial mechanism through which our movement from one World Age to the next occurs. Historically, and also in our current transition from the Age of Pisces to that of Aquarius, the Grand Alignments of the planets have indicated the precise moment of these transitions.

The "time world" of the Age of Pisces has been embodied by two components. The first is the Julian-Gregorian Calendar, established by Julius Caesar in 45 BC, at the very beginning of the Age of Pisces. The other is the medieval 2x12 hour mechanical clock invented some seven hundred years ago at the close of the 13th Century. Rome also used a 2x12 hour system of daily time indicated by sun dials and water clocks.

These villains of time now determine the global consciousness of time. The current calendar and clock are both are unnatural and artificial. They have no meaningful connection to the rhythms of life on Earth or to the movement of the cosmos.

Time itself is both the Source and the destination of the physical, material world. All things are born in time, sustained by time and reclaimed by time. All ancient and indigenous cultures have realized this and so their calendars were attuned to the great cycles of the Heavens in relationship to the rhythms of life on Earth.

Time is fundamental. Control of time is the bottom line issue of mind control, soul control and spiritual liberty. Calendars are the human language of time and timescape. The way we view time permeates everything we think and do.

Our current calendar and clock were quite consciously created to ignore the rhythms of Heaven and Earth. Because of this, they have served admirably to destroy the sacred bridge that links Heaven and Earth. Living within their dictate of time, humanity’s instinctual connection to Nature has also been destroyed. This is Why we need a revolution in time.

Mother Time, as represented by the Mandala of Mother Time, is offered as a viable alternative to the reigning calendar and clock. Mother Time is the time of Nature revealing the hidden nature of time. Mother Time is an appropriate Time World for the Aquarian Age.

Within Mother Time the cyclical weavings of the bodies of the Heavens reflect and coincide with the rhythms of life on the Earth. This is real time. "As Above, So Below", the guiding principle of magical-sacred thought within all cultures throughout time, is the reality offered by this time world. Maintenance of the bridge between Heaven and Earth has been the focus of the calendrical-cyclical ceremonies of all people who have lived in harmony with Nature.

Much to our global misery, nearly everyone today lives in exile from the harmonic rhythms of Nature. The Mother Time paradigm is a gateway through which to reenter the harmony of Nature. It is a means of reclaiming our long lost and precious birthright.

The teachings of Mother Time are described and revealed by the symbols of the Mandala of Mother Time seen above. These symbols hold the abiding secrets of time's sacred essence. Through them, both the everlasting poetry and the sacred geometry of time may be accessed and understood.

Though the teachings of this cosmology are ancient and deep enough to occupy several lifetimes of study, they are rendered open and accessible through the Mandala of Mother Time. As presented here, they are simple to understand and easy to integrate within one's life to whatever level the individual may choose to explore them.

The Mandala itself is composed of four distinct but intimately related portions. From the center outward, these wheels of time are:

1. The Circle of Eternity
2. The Star of Gaia
3. The Serpent Moons
4. The Aquarian Zodiac

Within the contemporary time world, ruled by the Julian-Gregorian Calendar and the 2x12 hour mechanical clock, there are no obvious relationships between the various standard measures of days, weeks, months and years. They are disconnected and meaningless relative to one another.

In Mother Time however, each of these measures and more are found on one of the four wheels of time. There they are restored to their ancient, astronomically pertinent, knowledge laden significance. Every facet of Mother Time illuminates the knowledge conveyed by every other facet. Logically and intuitively, it is far easier to experience the interlaced reality of the material and spiritual worlds if one understands all things emanate from a single holistic field of time.

Living by Mother Time

One of the immediate personal benefits of living within this time world is that the Mandala of Mother Time teaches the art of good timing. As most are aware, good timing is the key to success in this or any world. The Mandala is a map and guide through the vast wilderness that time really is.

To live within Mother Time, one need not leave behind the time world of the standard calendar and clock, but may live in both time worlds simultaneously, just as many people live simultaneously by the Julian-Gregorian calendar and the calendar of their religion. Mother Time is not a religion, nor should it ever become one. But it is, in fact, historically the spiritual head waters of many of the world's faiths and sacred calendars.

Mother Time and Astrology

One glance at the Mandala shows that it is based in astrology. Among humanity's most venerable institutions, astrology is the original language of time. The symbols of the twelve constellations that appear in nearly every major newspaper in the world today are much the same as they were in ancient Sumer some 6,000 years ago.

Astrology was known as the Mother Science throughout antiquity and the Middle Ages. Giorgio de Santillana and Hertha von Deschend, the authors of Hamlet's Mill, have written, "Astrology has provided man with his lingua franca (common language) through the centuries, covering the globe." Joseph Campbell adds that, "All the high civilizations are to be thought of as branches of one great Tree whose root is in Heaven," and that the template for organization in these civilizations was revealed to humanity through, "the orderly round dance of the five visible planets and the sun and the moon through the constellations of the Zodiac."

Today nearly everyone is at least familiar enough with astrology to know the sun sign they were born under (though in the Mother Time cosmology, everyone receives an astrological rebirth ). Millions look deeper into astrology as a fundamental guide to the mystery of who they are and how the universe operates. Across the planet, astrology is still the universal language of time and Spirit.

Of course, to the skeptics and scientifically minded, astrology in general may seem absurd. Even so, the same twelve constellations of the Zodiac continue to be the basis of the organization of the Heavens for contemporary astronomers disciplined in hard science just as they were for the astrologers of Babylon thousands of years ago. Astronomy and astrology employ the same galactic map of time and space.

Therefore, in addition to restoring the bridge between Heaven and Earth, Mother Time also potentially helps to heal the schism between Science and Spirit. Within this inclusive, feminine time world, the ancient mythic and the modern scientific paradigms of time and space dovetail beautifully one to the other. In this era of many critical transitions, the spiritualization of science and the scientific basis of spirit are vital connections to be made. As Einstein observed, "Science without spirituality is lame, spirituality without science is blind."

The Future of Mother Time

Relative to the paradigm now inhabited by most of the planet, Mother Time is a superior time world. It is more multifaceted, more scientific, more accurate and far more spiritually connected and intelligent. Indeed, the calendars and clocks of Mother Time actually encompass the Julian Gregorian Calendar and the 2x12 hour mechanical clock while expanding exponentially in knowledge beyond them. This website large though it is, contains only a sampling of that knowledge. Much more will be revealed in the soon to be published book.

One of the beautiful aspects of this system is that truly a teacher is not needed. Once the basics are understood, the Mandala and Nature herself tell the story of sacred time to each. And because the knowledge is so fundamental, it may be researched further in many books already available.

Mother Time is not the final word of sacred time, it is the word of a new beginning.

The degree of freedom experienced in the material world is determined by the level of freedom in time. Currently, most human beings are to varying degrees enslaved by the linear time of the global Empire. The acceptance of the revolutionary freedom offered by Mother Time will be an individual choice, as is true of most gestures toward freedom.

Nonetheless, as long as the time world by which the current Empire runs remains unchanged, so will the Empire itself. The Julian-Gregorian Calendar and the 2x12 hour mechanical clock are the bedrock foundation of the global Empire. All of its vital institutions are grounded in them. Within that Empire, time is money and nothing more.

But though the global Empire does have near total control over money, it does not truly control time. The Empire controls only the illusion that the standard measures are the reality of time. To effect a change in the time of the Empire is to fundamentally transform the Empire itself.

No body is the global Empire. The Empire is the enmeshed syndicate of oil and energy cartels, tele-communication networks, multi-national corporations, governments and mafias that exploit the resources of the Earth to the point of global ecocide while keeping the masses of humanity at levels of near poverty. Time may be the Empire's most vulnerable point even though it is almost never seen to be so.

Change is inevitable; it is the one constant. And not only do times change, time itself changes. In some future generation, or even in this one, the Empire that seems so permanent may be blown away by the winds of transformation just like so many other Empires and human structures of the past.

Indeed, whether we listen to the prophecies of indigenous people such as the Hopi, or Biblical ones, as in the Book of Revelations, or the dire predictions of many contemporary scientists, all agree that the world as we know it is about to undergo massive and destructive change. The good news is that most of these prophecies also go on to describe a Golden Age arising like a Phoenix from the ashes of this one.

Only after the dust of the coming Purification settles will Mother Time or any other alternative time world have a real possibility of becoming a new global standard. One way or another, one day or another, a new kind of time will surely arrive. It is up to us to choose its form.

In the meanwhile, and in the sacred Now, the Mother Time paradigm is for those who want "To live as though the day were here" and be in sacred time Now. Here at the beginning of the Age of Aquarius, the "NOW AGE", the Mandala of Mother Time has been planted as a seed of ancient integrity with the intent that it may assist humanity to return to the natural rhythms and sanctified cycles of this green jewel of the cosmos we know as Gaia, the Earth.
